Do you offer month-to-month leases? Yes, our rental agreements are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to store for as long or as little as you need without being locked into a long-term contract.

What size unit do I need? We offer several sizes to fit your needs:

  • 10x10: Fits the contents of a multi-room apartment or small house.
  • 10x15 & 10x20: Ideal for larger homes, major appliances, or business inventory.
  • 15x35 & 15x50 (Indoor): Specifically designed for large RVs, boats, and campers.

Payment & Protection

How do I pay my bill? You can pay your bill online 24/7 through our website. We accept major credit/debit cards and offer an easy-to-use "Make a Payment/Login" portal for managing your account.

Do you require insurance for stored items? We recommend Tenant Protection for your peace of mind. While we provide a secure facility, your standard homeowner's insurance may not cover stored items or might have high deductibles.

What is the Tenant Protection Plan? We offer a Tenant Protection Plan that covers your belongings against unexpected events like burglary, vandalism, fire, smoke, and wind.

  • Plans start at: $12/month for $2,000 of coverage.
  • Coverage limits: Available up to $15,000.
  • Benefits: No deductible if you use a disc or cylinder lock, and it prevents claims from affecting your personal homeowner's insurance premiums.

Where are you located? We are located at 721 E Hulbert Road, Bozeman, MT 59718. Our location provides convenient access to the Gallatin River, the Museum of the Rockies, and the Bridger Bowl Ski Area.
